Bread Pudding Ingredients

For cake

  • Eggs - 3
  • Flour - 4 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla powder - 1 tsp

For Syrup

  • Water - 3 glasses
  • Granulated sugar - 2 ½ cup

For Creamer

  • Sweetened shredded coconut - ¼ cup
  • Milk - 2 ½ cup
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Vanilla powder - 1 tsp

How to Make Bread Pudding

For Cake

  • Add the egg and sugar in a bowl and whisk well. Then other cake ingredients add and mix into a bowl with wax paper.
  • Pour the ingredients into a cake pan with baking paper.
  • Put the cake in a preheated 338°F (170°C) oven. after 25-30 minutes later, remove it from the oven and let cool.

For Syrup

  • Add the water and sugar to a saucepan and start mixing. When it gets dark, add a little more water. The consistency will change as it boils, but continue until you completely melt.

For Creamer

  • Add and mix milk, flour, and sugar in a saucepan. When it comes to pudding consistency, add coconut and vanilla extract, then mix a little and remove from the stove.
  • Using a paring knife, score a line around the outside of the cake as a guide for cutting. Then insert the blade of your knife into the cut, hold it steady and cut horizontally through the center of the cake to make two layers.
  • Divide the syrup in half and absorb the cake layers into two pieces. Spread the cream in the middle of cake layers and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours and serve.
