It is a very delicious dish that comes out with the cooking of rice. Usually, It is spelled as pilaf in the US and pilau in the UK.

Almond Rice Ingredients
Vegetable oil or butter - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 1 cup
Rice - 1 ½ cup
Chicken broth - 3 cup
Salt - 1 ½ tsp
How to Make Almond Rice
First, leave the rice in a bowl for 30 minutes in cold water.
In a small pot or saucepan, get the water to a boil. Toss in the almonds you want to blanch. Leave them in the boiling water for 60 seconds. Drain the almonds and rinse them with cold water to quickly cool them down. Squeeze each almond to remove its skin.
Put oil, almonds, and rice in a pot and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then and mix chicken broth.
Close the lid of the pot and leave to cook for 15-18 minutes After cooking, mix the rice with a spoon. then close the lid of the pot again and let it rest for 5 minutes.
